I always stay here, high caliber customer service and helpful staff, excellent amenities, location is great if you want to avoid crowds and pricing is competitive. Plenty of shops for shopping and restaurants and food courts are all available here. This is my third time staying here in the last 5 years and will always return to this location.

The onsen is very nice. A bargain at 500 Yen for each use by hotel guests. Staff easily handled my questions about using the lockers and the wristbands. The onsite Family Mart and large grocery are bonuses as well.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. I have visited Japan 11 times and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Not only is it spotlessly clean and well appointed, but the staff are all, without exception, friendly and welcoming. But what sets the hotel apart is that every conceivable outlet is within a 5 minute walk. 2 FamilyMart stores, 2 McDonald’s, Mo’s Burger, KFC and a dozen or more Japanese restaurants. And the railway station is a mere 50 metres from the hotel entrance. This will be my go-to hotel in greater Tokyo whenever I visit.

Great location. Room is sizable for Tokyo. Great prices too. Bedding is not satisfactory, with the pillow almost has no support and the blanket is super thin for winter in Tokyo. Somehow, the tidying up services of their staff seem to need improving- the sheets went completely off the mattress after a normal night of sleeping. The bed is also not comfortable.

Everything was good, except a few areas that require pressing improvements, namely the blankets (too thin, if not almost empty in the centre) and the shower (quite annoying when you needed to press the handle for the water supply in every 10 some seconds). In addition, laundry bags are also some necessities required in the room.

ツインに1週間宿泊しました。部屋は清潔で、スーツケースを広げられます。掃除は3日に一度ですが、タオル交換するとお水のペットボトルがもらえます。 大井町駅の目の前で、周辺にはレストラン、コンビニ、スーパーがあり、便利です。また羽田空港までのバス停も近くにあります。

Location was great, lots of shops and restaurants near by. Room was small but well equipped. Some parts of the hotel like carpets near the lifts are tired and need replacing. Shower was on a timer which was annoying. Overall a great hotel for a night or two near the airport.
