Perfect location across the road from the monorail to Disney. Staff were beautiful and extremely helpful. Rooms were a good size. They don’t have a lawsons or 711…had to walk a few Hotels down to Hilton to get supplies for Lawsons. Sheraton did have their own shop but not alot there. The coffee shop doesn’t open until 7am and they charge to use the pool.

This property needs an update, stat. Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the decor and amenities in the room need to be overhauled as well. The staff was extremely courteous and very helpful. Fun things to do for the kids, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

This hotel was great for going to Disney. It is very convenient to take the monorail to fisney and the staff is really nice. It had lots of dining options and shopping. The only downfall is our room had a slight smell of mist and the bathroom smelled a bit like pee. Overall hoping it was just a bad clean job as we liked the hotel itself

Room description was not accurate what we reserved. Stated slept six people with enough beds for six people. Pictures showed two double beds and a fold out couch online. Room suite had two double beds only. We were offered Japanese floor beds. If you are coming from other countries that are used to a standard mattress the Japanese beds are like sleeping on a hard floor. Was disappointed in their solution to resolve the problem and made us wait and go and sit and didn’t come back with a solution. Finally came up with our own solution, had to book another room with actual beds in addition to the one we already reserved. Disappointed in customer service. We were supposed to be placed on the lounge floor too with our club status. Placed on a different level. Outdoor pool not included in the cost of the hotel only indoor pool. On the upside, the restaurants were good. Good views. Close to Disney.
