Very kind and welcoming staff who are friendly to foreigners and able to communicate effectively. The location is convenient with a konbini inches from the front door, and easy to get to public transportation. Rooms are always clean and quiet.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this place. Location is great and central. You can walk to akihabara! lots of good dining options around. Super clean and everything worked. And everyone on the staff were incredibly friendly and hepful. They make you feel welcome. Would definitely stay again for visits to Tokyo.

Loved the location (close to major shopping and sightseeing spots), although it will get crowded during rush hour on weekdays as it’s located in the CBD area after all. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. Room layout is pretty much like any other business hotel, and cleaning service was great. I appreciated that they provided an extension chord in the room as my travel adapter was too bulky to fit into the bedside/table outlets. Many food options around the area which I wish I had more time to try out! Theres also a drugstore near the station for last minute shopping/household goods/snacks. Will definitely head back to stay again!

Had a great time. Loved it.

We stayed for 5 nights in the Sotetsu Fresa Inn and it was great. The staff were kind, helpful and made us feel welcome at all times. The rooms were spotless, breakfast was tasty and location was really convenient. Little touches like assisting with check-in, being able to borrow umbrellas and amenities available at reception really made our stay a joy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in central Tokyo.

The breakfast was quite good. It was a European style buffet breakfast and had a variety of options. The bedroom was comfortable, the bed was big and the bath was clean. There were lots of toiletries to choose from at reception. It is a good location, the main train and metro stations are within walking distance.

Great hotel, we were there 6 nights. Friendly reception, breakfast, and cleaning staff. Good location, 3 min walk to Kanda East station. Very small rooms, but totally made up for by the staff and location. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed here for the first few days of my trip and felt welcomed by the staff’s friendly service! The room was clean, the amenities offered were super convenient & the location is in a super great area with transportation and dining just minutes away and a 7-11 right beside the hotel! The only downside was that for the first couple nights, I kept waking up to bug bites (NOT bed bugs! I checked!) There must have been a type of mosquito or other little bug but as soon as I started using an insect repellent, it improved!!
