部屋は清潔で快適でした。チェックインが複雑とのことでしたが問題もなく、スタッフの方がフロントにいて安心でした。事前の登録でわからないこともメールの返信がすぐにきて丁寧に対応してくれてよかったです。ルームウエアがないと口コミで見たので持参しました。あればなおよかったです。
