Best part of the hotel was the location - being in a lively area at night. Easy to get to with the subway station close by. The room was very spacious and clean, but the rug was stained and the shower floor was worn. Not much of a lobby and not as convenient without a breakfast option. Close to starbucks and a Japanese breakfast plane though. Fantastic staff who were very helpful.

This is in the heart of Akasaka so great night life and good subway access. But property is tired. Beds were below average. Bathroom was updated but lighting poor. We reserved a room with a nice seating area so size was OK, but couches were clearly old and low ceilings made it claustrophobic. Staff was helpful.
