My stay at Tokyu Stay Yotsuya Shinjuku Area was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is convenient, close to public transportation and very quiet. I especially appreciated having a washing machine in the room — a real bonus for a longer stay. Overall: impeccable service, great comfort, and very good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As far as we are concerned, the hotel is very nice, the staff are excellent and very attentive. It’s located in a very chill area of Tokyo with many restaurants, bars, grocery and convenience, stores, and more! I would disregard the majority of reviews talking about it being an older hotel, because that simply does not matter. The room size is great for Tokyo and it’s super easy to get to wherever you want to go, whether you’re taking the train a taxi or an Uber. Definitely would stay here again.

Staying here was like having a studio apartment! The bath tub, kitchen, refrigerator and microwave, and location met our needs. The dryer was difficult because it was on for 12 hours waking us up beeping, and the clothes were super wrinkled. The washing machine was great. We will definitely try to return here again.

The room size and in room amenities were good, we loved having laundry for free in the room. There was usually dirty laundry and garbage left in the hallways, and the floors and some linens were dirty during our stay.

Very convenient location. Train and subway stations are 7 mins walk from the hotel. Love their amenities, coffee machine had great selections. Croissants available early evening. Washer/dyer unit inside room was awesome. Microwave, ref and mini kitchen were very useful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There are convenience stores and pharmacy right next to the hotel. We would come back again to this hotel.

Great location

With only 3km to Shinjuku Station the location was perfect in a quiet area. Spacious hotel room with washer/dryer available. Only downside was the lack of housekeeping. You have to pay 1500 JPY if you want your room cleaned more than once a week.
