Awesome hotel

The location is great. Tsukiji market is literally just outside the front door. There is easy access to the major attractions like Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya etc. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. They make you feel at home. The onsen is great and relaxing.. Of all the hotels I've stayed in during my numerous visits to Japan, this is by far my favourite and feels like home.

The room is supper small, it barely fits a big suitcase, I had to put the suitcase right at the door entrance and move it every time I need to go out. It’s very convenient for food, but no shopping area around the hotel. The public bath and breakfast are the highlights for our stay. (Same breakfast menu during our five days stay, but it’s still good)

Wonderful experience!!! Next to the fish market and plenty to eat even at night. Hotel staff are super friendly and very clean room!! This is our second time staying here. Highly recommended!!

This was a great hotel to stay in right on the door step of Tsukiji market and a 5 minute walk to the nearest station. Once the market closes the street the hotel is on becomes nice and quiet, across from the hotel is nice coffee shop and next to the hotel is a Family Mart in case you need a quick snack.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Hotel was very organized and clean. Every time I come back to the hotel. My room was always clean with refills of water and my close were folded. A 5 star service. Onsen was awesome as well. Can’t wait to stay there again on my next visit to Japan.

First of all, you should know that we love Japan and have been traveling in Japan for the past 30 years for work and leisure. But this time is different. I need to spend a few minutes on this as this hotel has changed my mind about service in Japan. I gave this hotel one star for the fact that it’s located right next to Tsukiji market and it’s brand new opened recently. Nothing however in this hotel could earn a star. Front desk staff are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Everything is a loud NO.

Spacious room with three beds with a nice view of the city overlooking the river. Extremely friendly and patient staff. The lounge was a great spot to just relax as well
