Thestaff was nice. But you can tell the place was a little old. The room had a bad oder to it, the toilet was stained, and there were no extra toilet paper in the room. There was no thought into the complimentary breakfast. And they ran out of coffee before the hour was up on the breakfast.

We booked this hotel only to sleep in for one night. So we weren’t looking for anything to give us really that WOW factor. But when arriving it took a little bit for the front desk person to appear and when she did wasn’t the friendliest. Stairs were dirty but did see someone sweeping upstairs. Breakfast extremely low quality. Pillows were TRASH. Overall I wouldn’t book here again if I was needing to stay somewhere longer than a night. Might I also add we had a wedding so only used our room to get ready in and sleep in. We left early next morning. Not sure if hotel is short staffed but it could use some improvement

The first room we had was #321, the door stuck and was hard to open and the shower knob didn'twork, so we had to change rooms. The next room we had was #322. The beds were very comfy, but there was a dead spider and cockroach in the corner of the bathroom, and there were only 2 towels for a 2 queen room that sleeps 4.

Other people's hair all the bathroom. Front desk was cordial enough. Said she reversed charges on room as no other room was available. Unfortunately, I am seeing an email receipt showing 3 room charges and an incedentals fee as well. I anticipate this one to drop off as it's SOP. Expedia CS is useless and not a recommended option for booking a stay. Lord only knows what country I was texting with. ... Useless

We checked in at 12:30 am, went up to room, and found the sheets and bedding had never been washed from previous guests!! Chocolate or blood smeared on the comforter, and public hairs all over the sheets. The Hotel was also very understaffed- the poor girl at the desk was all alone and dealing with everyone’s problems and unclean rooms. Need to hire another 2 full time staff for the night, and actually clean the rooms.

Room was clean except the bathroom floor along the sides & corners could use more attention. Toilet paper holder was somewhat broken. We just put the roll on the counter. Sink was separate from the toilet/shower area. Some like that, we prefer it all together. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Miss Bee. Breakfast was very good in selection and quality. Would stay here again.
