The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was rude and therefore the hotel lost an star. Don't dare ask her anything, she will make you feel stupid. She should keep in mind that foreigners not always know how things work in Spain. The parking lot is very tight, so don't book if you have a bif car. I loved the abundant hot water.

The property location is excellent, close to everything you want to see In Granada. The staff is very helpful. Easy parking if you call ahead. As the hotel is in tge heart of the old town getting there is through very narrow streets full of pedestrians

Comfortable and clean!

A comfortable, clean, simple and well-run hotel. Located an easy 20 minute walk from Toledo’s old city, it has tight indoor parking so don’t bring your Ford F150!

Excellent hotel outside the city walls.

The hotel location is just outside the city walls approximately 10 minutes away. It is right next door to The Old Hospital Museum /Church which is worth a visit? Housekeeping is very good and the Hotel is in very good condition. Our room is spacious with an excellent view of the city.

Excellent hotel

Really well located just outside city walls therefore ease of access to the hotel by car. Few minutes walk to escalators. Overall the hotel itself was superb. It has obviously only been recently removed as the rooms and, in particular, the bathroom was spotlessly well maintained. Breakfast was also to a high standard with a wide range of options. Only slight negative was that our room (Room 113) appeared to be above the kitchen as from early in the morning the noise was quite intrusive. We didn’t mind because we are early risers, but for those that are looking to sleep in it could be an issue. Staff very helpful and courteous. Thank you

Nicely renovated and well located hotel

Nice little hotel located right before Puerta de Bisagra (3 min walk). The L5 Bus takes you from the train station( 1,49 Euros) to the hotel . L5 also takes you to Plaza Zocodever, in the heart of old town. I had a courtyard room , very quiet. Nicely renovated, very clean, shampoo and soap in reusable bottles. Fridge ( and one bottle of water on arrival ) , fast wifi and friendly staff. Irene from reception was awesome. Suggestions: the hotel should install a filtered water machine on every floor and provide glass bottles to fill out fir every room ( better than providing plastic bottles ). Hair Conditioner needed in bathrooms and better quality shampoo . I checked out at 6,30 am on Aug 14th and the gentleman at reception was very kind, checkout fast. He also called a taxi to take me to the train station, as the buses were not running until 7 am. Highly recommend the hotel!
