「I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. 「This hotel was a great pick for one last night in Italy instead of staying at a big chain hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable with a cute outdoor seating area. We walked to the grocery store and dinner (as were suggested to us) which were a little further of a walk then we were expecting but well worth it. 」
