“A beautiful place with the comforts of home. The place was spotless and welcoming. A keycode entry lock is always a nice feature. The kitchen well outfitted with the usual dishes, small appliances, etc. The A/C was great and it wasn't too long before I had the program features figured out. The bathroom was well stocked with plenty of towels (including 2 big beach towels). The shampoo, conditioner etc. that were supplied were nice, and there were some additional supplies which included……

“Very nicely decorated and comfortable home worked great for three co-workers visiting the area for work with adequate privacy and a nice common area. Having a garage to park in was a big plus. The pre-stay contracts felt a bit over the top as compared to other rentals I have stayed in but certainly not a reason to stay somewhere else. I would definitely stay here again.”

“I come to Phoenix about every 5 weeks. This is my second time renting this property and it will always be high on my list to return. Lance is one of the best property managers I've dealt with. He answers questions quickly, and in a friendly manner, we never felt like we were bothering him. This home is VERY well maintained, upscale amenities/appliances, with good beds and bedding. The master bedroom and bath are to die for!!! The open floor plan is great for family get togethers with a large……

“Nicole was a great host. She very responsive, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the booking process. She answered questions quickly and was proactive in making sure we had what we needed ahead of our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and her flexibility and professionalism made planning our group trip much easier. Would definitely book with her again.”

“Was great for our family.”

“Very good”

“This property is perfect for a group. Very nice bright updated home with lots of extras, big windows, comfortable sitting areas and outdoor venue with heated pool. Home was fully stocked with the basics and an exceptional coffee bar. We brought a puzzle and enjoyed working on it! Fouad and his team were very responsive. Highly recommend!”
