"in 44 years of traveling around the world this was the worse and demeaning Hotel experience ever had( payment was made in advance BTW )! i cannot say anything about the accommodations because i never made it in!!! After an exhausting and temultuous trip to Potenza , my only concern was checking in , resting down my heavy luggage and preparing etc etc! however when i approached the door and tried to enter , there was no response or answer, i also tried to call a dozen times to no response! "Did not even come close to our expectations. We checked in just to have somewhere to catch our breath and look for alternative accommodation. Left without talking to the host as we didn't want to waste any more time there. It was a converted garage and the so called courtyard was non excistent as your car needed to be parked in what was in fact the driweway."

"Très bel appartement bien équipé et tres agreable a vivre dans un superbe domaine sécurisé et dans un environnement très calme.Ayant eu un problème mecanique , Mickaël, le propriétaire ainsi que son fils Gianlucas se sont démenés pour nous trouver un garage qui a pu réparer pendant notre séjour. Nous ne les remercierons jamais assez. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

"We had a luck to book a house from Kathleen at Irsina.Beautiful house recently modernized and unique location.Very quiet place , friendly people around.Can recomend to anyone looking for peaceful holidays in luxury house placed in ancient town."

"At the spur of the moment i found this gem of a place in Potenza. while visiting Southern italy , i have to say this property was leaps and bounds more stylish , simple but curated well, clean , beautiful and completely opposite to every where else ( meaning it was Classy and not garish and Tacky) !! Bless Antico for the nice accommodation! if i have to visit Potenza again, this is the only place j would like to stay!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Le Stanze del Console. The location is perfect for exploring the town, piazza, and a short walk to the famous 007 bridge. The staff were fantastic - they were available at any time, and the rooms were cleaned every day. It's a family-run business, so the staff are very friendly. We are coming back! The room was clean and spacious. Thank you to everyone at the hotel who made our stay so memorable. "

"We traveled through Europe for two to three months every year. So, we have made it a habit to choose different hotels to have different experiences.we choose our hotels by our own feelings. This place looked beautiful from the outside and a beautiful interior presentation. To sadly find out that the hotel customer service did not match its beauty. Front desk reception was difficult and challenging with very unhappy faces. Breakfast staff was unfriendly and could not get a welcome smile from them. Dinner staff was just as unfriendly. I might say to be fair the housekeepers were very nice and helpful.probably to fair the staff is overworked at the same time if they want to be in the hospitality business they want to trained the staff to be friendly. "
