“Very good service, super clean”

“Where to even start. The reviews obviously are an extreme let down. I read so many great reviews from the motel to the breakfast. The whole darn back of the building was busted out and they had the second story hole covered with ply wood. The ac in the room didnt work. Tons of people living on property as their home. Run down building that smelled awful ! Front desk woman was lazy ! No items to purchase incase you forgot something. The phone in the room didnt work. Period disgusting place. Ill……

“Staff was friendly & bed was comfortable but hotel has seen better days. It’s a dive, worn out everything. Stains on comforters and sheets, holes in walls, worn dirty carpet. Continental breakfast is really pathetic. Smelled like weed everywhere you went. Was honestly the worst shape Microtel I have ever stayed in and I use them a lot. Won’t be returning to this one.”

“When we arrived, their key card machine was broken so we had to be escorted to our room by a staff member for the first couple of hours we were there. The room needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. The room smelled very musky and you could hear the water running in the AC vent.”

“My boyfriend and I traveled to Savannah for the first time celebrating my birthday which was July 4th. The front desk attendant told us that lightening had struck the building and caused the tv to go out. So it was an option to continue our stay or not. When we went into our room everything was nice except the tv not working at all. It didn’t even turn on and honestly they didn’t really care to accommodate us. We talked to other individuals and they had the same problem. Didn’t have use of a tv……

“Nice hotel just not as clean as I would like”

“Air conditioners were extremely loud. We changed rooms on arrival thinking it was a maintenance issue. Not the case. All wall units are extremely loud and we didn’t sleep at all. The front desk is aware of the issue. If you’re looking for rest, this isn’t the place.”

“We loved the layout of 3 bedroom apartment and it was beautifully decorated. I like that the parking was secured and each resident had assigned parking which is included in the rental rate. The only concern that we had is that the centralized trash dump was not picked up and emptied in timely manner . Also, we had some issues in securing the front door lock. However, when we brought our concerns to the management they responded in a timely manner. The neighborhood was nice and accessible to……

“The room was amazing. We stayed in a king suite and room was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint was no water pressure in the shower. It had very poor pressure. The hotel itself was very nice and new looking. Great place to stay but parking is a problem and very expensive to just be able to park your vehicle over night .”
