“Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, zero complaints!”

“Loved the dog park. Was great to have a bar on the premises and a wonderful bartender. Our room was clean and appeared to have new carpet and bed. We had to hold the handle down for a few seconds to flush the toilet. The shower drain was plugged and should be cleaned out. Overall, was a great place to stay and we will come again.”

“My room was not vacuumed and bathroom floor had hair all over. We should have checked out. We had two other families that checked in and went to another hotel because it was so dirty. I did not inform them and they did this on their own. I thought they had a hot tub according to website but there was none ”

“While checking in, the front desk associate did not seem to understand how to use the computer which led to a very long check in. The hot tub and pool were not functioning and was not stated on their website. Breakfast was being closed 30 minutes before end time as we were coming for it and it was all picked over with not much left. Parts of the hall way smelled of weed. Very disappointing experience and will not go back.”

“The pictures of this place very deceiving got there was very disappointing the place was very ran down the room was so small the outside was very run down . The first day the breakfast was good the next day 7:30 no one was taking care of the food it was empty!! And the carpet in the room spelled and was wet. The first thing when I walked into the lobby though was this doesn’t look like the picture 😢😢we made the bed of what we had 😢😢”

“The room was clean and quiet. I was disappointed that the motel no longer has a bike shed; it used to under previous management. Also while there was there was an in-room coffee maker in was stocked only with decaf. I think that defeats the purpose of an in-room coffee maker 🙂”

This time however, our room (and the pool) did not meet expectations: Room 129 is billed as handicap accessible but the bathroom was not. The bathtub was not walk or roll-in and there were no grab bars. Shower head was hand-held but stream was hard to adjust. Tub fixtures were not secured to wall properly. The bed was pushed against the wall and not moveable making it difficult for a second person to sleep in it (although we……
