Check in was smooth the bar was amazing the cocktails were delicious and the oysters were perfect the staff were so kind and helpful. “We arrived to the hotel after a 14 hour work day and could not get in. This is a terrible way to run a hotel, there’s no one to call or any way to gain access to the rooms after a certain which is NOT MENTIONED WHEN YOU BOOK.”

“Our unit at Chateau Ridge Chalet was excellent!! Beautiful place very nice decor and clean. It's only a 10 minute walk from the Blue Mountain village. Close to the Scandinave Spa as well as Collingwood. Also, easy and fast communication with the owners. Highly recommend this piece. DH & GL”

“We booked this property for 3 nights. It's a lovely unit and we have stayed at RG before and really liked it. We were there to spend 3 days hanging by the pool and relaxing. When we arrived and went to the pool, it was closed - there wasn't even water in it. I had specifically contacted them before we went, to confirm that the pool would be open, I was told it was. I contracted them about the situation and they basically said it's closed. Upon further correspondence, they recommended that we go……

“This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded.”
