"Wonderful staff who want to make your experience the very best. Go for the breakfast! It is simply the best. Some of the rooms need updating. We stayed here three different times. Lower interior rooms are sub par. The reception staff will try hard to upgrade upon request. Again, the staff is the best asset of this hotel. "My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel twice for the total of seven nights during our recent trip to Poland. The hotel is in great location within walking distance to the Old Town and city center. During our second stay we were upgraded to a mini suite. Both the regular room and the mini suite were very clean and well kept. The bedding was amazing! Extremely comfortable! The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend staying at the Sofitel Victoria hotel while visiting Warsaw. We will definitely be back! A special shout-out to Anna who made sure our breakfast was always enjoyable! Anna is simply outstanding! Very friendly and professional. She made sure our coffee/beverages were delivered to us quickly and was a pleasure to interact with!"
