The reception team were really helpful in welcoming us on our first day and walked us through the local area map pointing out restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and the local station. They also helped with receiving some packages that I ordered on Amazon and filled in all the forms for forwarding our luggage to Haneda Airport. Would definitely stay here again."

The atmosphere of the hotel was also very relaxing and the rooms were very quiet. They have many amenities for guests such as massage chairs, coffee machine, and yakult/ice cream after hot spring baths. I recommend getting the additional breakfast buffet. They have such a variety of foods and even freshly fried tempura! I honestly didn’t even have to eat...
