「The stay was nice and the bed and room were comfy and beautiful but the only complaints I have was this
1. Our room was not cleaned or had fresh towels our entire 3 day stay and I called and asked multiple times each day and arrived to our bed not made and the towels on the floor
2. Our phone in our room didn’t work and I asked to have it replaced and was also ignored
3. It would be a lot better to have a pool or spa room for a 4 star hotel
4. Parking is in a garage that is 14$ per day that is...
