Clerk said they did not have the room we booked. Said they only had a room that was accessible. I saw they actually did have more rooms that we booked left on their website. Avoid places like this that trap the benefits of being on 3rd party sites to fill their hotel but then give the customer something else, less than they have paid for. Shame on this place.
