Enjoy the comfort and convenience of this spacious 3-bedroom apartment on the upper level of a historic building. The kitchen and bathroom have been fully renovated with new appliances and fixtures. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and large windows with beautiful shutters facing Mass St. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and similar windows. The third bedroom is an office with a daybed and fiber internet. All bedrooms have TVs where you can access your streaming apps. The apartment also features a living room with a TV, a dining room with seating for 6, and a small back deck with 2 reserved parking spaces. You will love being close to shopping, dining, city parks and entertainment.

Everything was great. As others mentioned, the stairs outback are a bit steep/scary for kids to walk up but not a huge deal.

Campus Visit
First time in Lawrence for a college visit with my son, daughter and hubs. The loft on Mass was perfect! The four of us had plenty of space, kids had their own rooms (which is required for my sanity) and the location was ideal! So close to campus and also so much to see and do right out the front door! If KU makes the cut, we'll definitely look to stay here again!

Great location and lovely apartment in Lawrence
Who knew that such a beautiful apartment could be hidden above Mass Street in downtown Lawrence? I certainly didn't and I've been traveling there for 25+ years. The apartment was gorgeous, great decorations, fully stocked, and with parking! I'm not sure how often it is available, but we would stay there again whenever possible.

Great two night stay right on Massachusetts Street. Great location for dropping our son off at KU. Loft was amazing. Can get a little noisy at certain times of day but ear plugs were so kindly provided. The loft description was exactly as described.
