"This property is just what we needed! It’s cozy and peaceful! It’s very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The fenced in yard worked great for my little dog to be able to roam without a leash. It’s located in the cutest little town that you can walk to everything. Thank you for sharing your oasis!"

"The air conditioning was not effective in the upstairs bedrooms during our stay in July. Fans are needed upstairs. The 4 ceiling fans downstairs are all on one network so the 3 bedrooms and living room must all have the light on/off and fan speed the exact same, but in an old house this is not surprising. The remodel is beautiful, but the downstairs rental smoked marijuana several nights and it was overwhelming for an extended period of time in our space. Because of the heat, we could not open windows to help remove the smell. It is legal in Colorado, but it was very unpleasant. The place is nice with plenty of parking."
