「Excellent communication with the owner. The property was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well set up with cups and plates and pans all new-ish and in good order. Check in and out were easy. The views were fantastic out over the South End to the beach on one side and the sound on the other. It was easy to walk to the beach on either side. Also, we arrived to a lovely bottle of wine and a note left by the owner. Overall excellent stay. Highly recommended.」

「Room was clean. 24/7 Coffee, Tea and hot cocoa bar was an excellent addition especially fighting a cold. We were told room would be serviced every other day but was actually cleaned every day we were there. Breakfast had a great assortment of food and never ran low. Bed was comfortable, bedding smelled good and clean. The pool area had cabanas along with plenty of places to relax and tables to eat on. Overall it was a great stay. Perfect for what we needed. 」

The property where we were located had nice amenities and was close to the beach. I would recommend updating the pots and pans, oven mitts and the carpet. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. 」

「This is my second stay at Lanier Pointe Campground. The staff is amazing. The grounds are well kept. The pool area is nice although the pool interior needs a fresh coat of paint. The cabins are nice and well kept. Housekeeping could use a refresher on cleaning behind commodes, light fixtures, and bathroom vents. Overall a nice place to stay. 」
