“We enjoyed staying here very much. The interior was clean, well appointed, and exactly as presented in the listing. There were a few bars and restaurants just around the block, in an easy walk. We gave four instead of five stars, only because of our check in process - our door code did not work, and my text chat with the host was slow to respond in the moment. I had to call the VRBO help number. After waiting on hold for a few minutes we did get a secondary code which did work, so it ended well.……

“Our stay at this home was terrific! Very clean and the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. The location is very walkable in a quiet neighborhood. The accommodations were great! We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen for meals or snacks when we weren't exploring the riverfront restaurants. Plenty of room for couples or families. We enjoyed the back patio as well. I recommend Alexandra's place when visiting historic Wilmington.”

“True to the pictures! This tiny house is adorable and exactly what we needed for a weekend stay. It accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids just fine. The loft was nice to have extra space for my 3 yr old. Very secluded and private - which we liked! Close to the beach and other shops, but not in a busy area so kids would play outside safely no problem. Bethany was very good communicating with and available for any issues that popped up - but we didn’t have any problems our entire stay! Love this little……

“The 9.7/10 rating for Best Friends and Family Hangout were very misleading. For the price, we expected a clean, well‑maintained property, and that was not our experience.Upon arrival, the washer and dryer were still full of the previous guests’ laundry, and the unit had not been properly cleaned. The welcome book instructed guests to start a load of laundry and run the dishwasher before checkout, but this was impossible given the situation. There was also no dishwasher soap provided, forcing us……

“We love staying here! This is our third year staying with Matt & Debra and our first year staying in the Station. My husband in particular had been eyeing the Station since our first stay due to the fire engine parked outside. We finally moved from the Safari (which is also spectacular!) to the Station and loved it! Its wonderful to have a washer & dryer in the unit having a toddler along with us, and Matt & Debra always go above and beyond to accommodate our entire family - pups included.……
