Great place near the lake..

Very nice cabin located a little out of the way from everything, but the lake. The cabin is maintained really well and very comfortable. We had a great time.

We came to town for my brothers wedding! This chalet was perfect for our family! It was very close to our wedding venue. Views were amazing. Cleaned very well! Great property! Highly recommend!

The cabin is gorgeous. All the little touches enhance the property. The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with a lot of nice extras! The host did a fantastic job of warning us of gravel driveway and spotty Wi-Fi!

Simply breathe taking

This cabin is amazing!!!! The view is worth the drive. Melissa has not spared any detail. She communicates and answers questions quickly. All the comforts of home were available for our use. The whole process was easy and user friendly.

Nothing short of amazing

Fantastic views. Wonderful porches. Spacious. Wonderfully communicative host. We had everything we needed. The host thought of things we didn’t even think of. There were several nice touches that welcomed us and made our stay even better. It’s a cabin atop a mountain overlooking a gorgeous lake. Expect to have to climb said mountain with your car, and don’t expect to have the strongest of Wi-Fi. Everything else makes up for it.

Beautiful cabin off the grid

We stayed in this property May ‘22 with our family (elderly) while attending a wedding in the area. The main floor bedroom worked out great for them so they could avoid the stairs. The cabin was beautifully appointed and had a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. The multi-level decks are great! The beds were the best part—amazingly comfortable! The internet was reliable and very easy to connect with our devices. To top it off the host was incredibly accommodating when we had special needs. Make sure you are comfortable with some off-road driving, stock the cooler in a nearby town with all your food and beverage needs, and enjoy the solitude of a long weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommend checking this one out!

Luxury in the Mountains

I what an amazing getaway from every day life. The cabin is so well done. It has all the amenities you could ever want. It is so peaceful and quiet. The views are spectacular. I can’t wait to go back. Thanks to Melissa the property manager who truly cares about your stay. Always reaching to make sure you have everything need. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cozy and flawless cabin!

My family of 5 had a fabulous time staying at Nature Seekers Retreat. Everything was perfect from the beautiful decor to the amazing views of the Lake and mountains. The kitchen was stocked for any and every meal you could think to prepare during your stay. The beds were very comfortable and the high-end blankets were so cozy as I had to threaten to drag my children and husband out of them by their toes every morning :) The whole cabin is absolutely immaculate and spotless with Every detail taken care of to make for a truly stress-free vacation. If you are looking for a place to disconnect from the crazy fast pace of everyday life and reconnect with family and unwind, book this cabin today! Melissa was a truly wonderful host!

Absolutely Wonderful in Every Single Way!

First, Melissa Hall is a wonderful, gracious and attentive host. She accommodated some last-minute changes due to the weather, beyond our control. Second, the photographs accurately depict this accommodation. If anything, the cabin is even more beautiful in person. Melissa has done an amazing job carefully decorating the cabin, paying close attention to even the small details like sufficient warm blankets to sit by the fire. We really felt at-home. Third, for those that are a little scared of heights, like me, and intimated by the 5,000+ feet up description; we felt very safe driving to this cabin. The drive up was amazing with views of creeks, streams and waterfalls. Finally, this location and its views were spectacular, calming and relaxing. We traveled in the off season with small children including an infant. We enjoyed spending time in the cabin and at the nearby kid friendly attractions. We visited many of the locations Melissa recommended including Darnell Farms for their spring festival, Gem Mining, Native American Museums, and took stroller friendly hikes. Melissa does an amazing job providing everything you need to know well in advance including directions, access codes, nearby activities, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. electronically as well as a hard copy in the cabin. We highly recommend this cabin and intend to return regularly.
