Beautiful, comfortable rooms with cold AC and the best breakfast we had in Italy. Has to be the best place to stay in all of Rocca San Giovanni.”

“From the moment we arrived to when we left we had excellent service. Luca attended to us and made us feel very accommodated. He helped bring our luggages to our room, booked dinner reservations and even dropped of a bottle of their wine to our room. The property was very clean and the breakfast had a very good spread. Truly a great stay! ”

“The owner was really helpful and kind, and the B&B has a beautiful concept behind it. The simple Italian breakfast was also great. Unfortunately, the main issue was the cleanliness standard of the room. I woke up with many small red, itchy spots on my body that I did not have before my stay. I only fully realised the extent of it the following morning, and I am concerned they may have been caused by bed bugs. I cannot confirm this for certain, but I strongly recommend that the owner thoroughly……

“Aunque todo estuvo muyyy bien, lo mejor fue el restaurante, en el almuerzo nos comimos entre muchas otras cosas una cazuela Vasta, que estaba sencillamente espectacular y al otros día una pasta con langosta de chuparse los dedos y lo mejor de todo dentro del mismo hotel, sin tener que salir a ningún lado. “There was a loud construction noise coming from another room in the villa when we checked in at 7pm. The host messaged me saying that the noise would stop soon. It stopped for a few minutes but then started again and continued until about 9 pm. It then started again early on the following morning and continued until our check-out at 11 pm. ”
