The view from the balcony was spectacular. Very good location and easy to find. Patricia and Bob were spectacular hosts and made us feel like old friends.We were offered use of the pool, but didn't use it, but it was large, clean and again, an amazing view.The casita was exactly as described, very cozy, clean and a comfortable.I recommend making the short drive and 15 minute hike to the waterfall!

What a beautiful little Casita set overlooking the jungle and a view of the river. You can go out on your patio each morning and watch the sun come up and the mist rising from the valley. It is freaking amazing! The hosts were so helpful, friendly, and truly wonderful people. Whenever I go back to this area I will always check to see if their place is available first.

A little piece of paradise!

We had an amazing stay in the casita :) It’s the perfect little getaway spot. Pat & Bob gave us such great directions for getting there and tips/guidance about the restaurants and stores in the town. Mother Nature even gifted us some fireworks (lightening storm). Definitely a good place to visit if you’re looking for a quiet, low key adventure.

Amongst Nature

My husband and I stayed for a week during January and enjoyed ourselves immensely. First off, Pat and Bob are amazing hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The casita itself was cozy, small but perfect for a weeks stay. The bed was super comfy and we slept well. The balcony overlooking the river was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed our surroundings while here ‐ hiking down to the river, relaxing in the lagoon, and finding the waterfall. So much fun! It was also a short walk to the two square with several restaurants. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly. There was a new French place that opened recently which was VERY good. The food delicious, the owners and cook attentive and personable, the atmosphere divine - don't miss it! Pat and Bob - thank you so much for a lovely stay. It was a perfect ending to our exploration of Torio/Morillo.

Great little casita with a tranquil view.

Patricia was a lovely hostess who went above and beyond to make our stay great. The guesthouse was just adorable and had an amazing view of the Torio river. The main house has a lap pool with a fantastic view of the ocean and floral trees at the pool edge made it a tropical paradise. The guesthouse had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. I would come again for sure and would highly recommend staying at Bob & Patricia’s lovely guesthouse. The Torio river waterfall was amazing and right up the same road as Bob & Patricia’s place, and a short 7 minute walk to Playa Torio and a 3 minute walk to restaurants. Torio is very low key with friendly people and a relaxing vibe.

Peaceful, relaxing stay

We absolutely loved our stay in Panama, mostly because of this little casita and the property managers. The casita was clean and inviting with beautiful views of the lush mountains and the Torio river. Property managers, Patricia and Bob were extremely helpful, kind and full of good information. They were nonintrusive and we appreciated the privacy. We hope to stay there again when we come back to visit and highly recommend this place. It was easy to get to and easy to find. Five stars all around.

Mediocre

Ho alloggiato presso la struttura per 2 settimane....partiamo dal fatto che per lavoro devo esser reperibile ed il wifi è inesistente....Per accedere bisogna accostarsi alla casa padronale ....Quindi non comodo per lavorare Per la piscina bisogna comunque passare per la casa padronale ...Quindi io non ne ho usufruito per non disturbare. Penso di aver pagato troppo? Si ....le mie amiche che si sono fermate per un mese hanno pagato meno della metà di quello che ho pagato io in 2 settimane. Nulla da dire sui proprietari anche se non hanno risolto , come avevano anticipato all arrivo, il problema del wifi La spiaggia non è così vicina...comunque bisogna prendere l'auto Me ne sono andato 3 giorni prima e sono arrivato un giorno dopo...avvisando anticipatamente...ma la proprietà non ha nemmeno considerato l idea di applicarmi un piccolo sconto P.s non ci sono né tende ne pannelli oscuranti e il sole ti batte in faccia dalle 6 di mattina ....impossibile dormire di più....ed ero in vacanza Paolo Bonato
