Room pillow had stain on it, crumbs in bed, and the lamp had some goopy substance all over it. seemed like the cleaning lady didn’t do her overall job before getting into the room. The pool area needs a scrub down. The pool had visible floating clumps of hair in it. Seemed the pool hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We’ve been coming here for years and it’s never been like this. Hoping this was a one off situation.

Room condition is ok, just we have some issue with front desk when we check in. Front desk first told us that our room will be ready in 10 mins and suggested us to come back later. We stop by the in-house Starbucks and came back but they gave the room to someone else. Then we were told that another room will be ready in 30 mins , and we can grab a lunch. When we came back from restaurant right next store , the. Gave the room to someone else again . And we were told that there are no room available around 3pm the check out time. We have to argue with the front desk and catch some attention then they call house keeping team to expedite another room for us. Terrible experience.

Well-appointed room, bar/restaurant was good, plenty of restaurants/bars to walk to, and convenient access to the airport. Overall, the best airport hotel we've stayed at in advance of an early flight. It is our new "go-to" hotel for an overnight stay.

Lovely comfortable sleep and particularly quiet, which I find unusual for any hotel. But then only particularly quiet because I had to unplug the fan. I was unable to operate the rooms comfort machine. could not turn on or off. For almost $300 a night room the coffee station is a bit of an afterthought. You need to consider Nespresso At this price point.
