The space is a stylish modern unit located in the heart of downtown Toronto.

This area is the most popular among visitors thanks to proximity to all that Toronto has to offer - landmarks like CN Tower, Roger's Centre, Metro Toronto Convention Centre. You'll also be a short walk away from the lake.

➜ Uber and Lyft are widely available in downtown Toronto, providing convenient and affordable transportation options for exploring the city.
➜ Major attractions can be reached by walking, or renting a city bike.
➜ Paid street parking can also be found within a block where Green P signs are marked.
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.

No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.

Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).

Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise.

Good location, nice apt

This is a good value for its close proximity to downtown attractions (15 min walk to aquarium/rogers center). Check in process is easy with good instructions. Only knock is apartment has no AC so it’s hot in the summer. TV and fan weren’t working for the duration of our stay. Outside of that it was good.
