Located in trendy Beaches (Scarboro Beach Blvd) a beautiful spacious main floor apartment on a residential side street just steps to all amenities & convenient transportation. This charming century home is bright with a modern touch. Laundry ensuite. Literally steps to the beach.

High ceilings, crown moulding, hardwood floor throughout, large shower etc. This recently upgrade flooring and large bathroom shower.

Enjoy your summer 1 minute walk from the waterfront broad walk & trails
