This was a great place in a great location. Check in and parking were easy. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because of the elevator situation. We were on the 35th floor in a beautiful apartment with amazing views but the elevator took forever. It was always full. It took 40 mins for my family to get to the lobby and that included us going down 10 plus flights of stairs to try on other floors. We dId stay on New Years Eve so maybe it made it crazier. Other than that everything was great

No excuse for the wait times at the elevators, 20 minutes or more so we just did not go in and out as planned. Also someone was in our room while we were out because the balcony door was opened. And we locked the door when we went out so we know it was someone with the key. This was right after we had arrived so it would not have been housekeeping. But I must say the room was wonderful, especially with the balcony!

Location was fantastic, room was lovely. A building this size is very reliant on elevator access. Unfortunately, two of three elevators that served this 27 storey building were not working. This was the only negative, otherwise was a great stay.

This property was wonderful! The unit was beautiful, clean, and had a magnificent view of the city! The CN Tower and Arena is right outside your window and a lot of attractions are simply walking distance. We did not have a car, but parking was offered and easily accessible. All in all a wonderful time in Toronto

I have stayed at this particular building 4 times now, unfortunately it will be my last. The property is awesome, it is close to everything and really has so many great attributes BUT the horrible, frightening, hardly ever working, ridiculously slow elevator has put me over the edge. Paid much more money to stay here for the pool and convenience… did not go to the pool because it was too difficult to get to and did not want to risk more elevator rides that necessary. The elevator completely broke down twice (that we are aware of) and fire department had to called to help / people were stuck. Also heard several citations for safety and maintenance were handed out. The was extremely disappointing

This property was a condo rental. The owner was very nice. Helped us get in for parking. The area was very nice. My daughter and I went walking around and felt very safe. Would stay here again!!!

Not a hotel

We were unaware until we arrived that this property was not a hotel, but some kind of residential building. There was no ‘receptionist’ in the lobby and we were confused as to how to check in (admittedly we arrived early). The security guard told us we were not on their list. It wasn’t until later that I received a text from someone giving us check in instructions. After that, all was fine, but the unit did not have supplies like tissues, for example, that would normally be found in a hotel room. There also wasn’t anything like a ‘sundry shop’ on the premises to get a snack, and no instructions on how to use the TV. The location however was perfect for our itinerary!
