We were celebrating a milestone birthday staycation, and the team went out of their way to make the experience feel special. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — stylish, luxurious and such a fun atmosphere. We loved spending time at the rooftop pool, enjoying the hotel, and having the perfect space for a girls’ night in.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, from the minute we pulled up to the minute they loaded the car. The hotel made our vacation memorable and enjoyable. Shoutout to Norbert for helping us check-in!
Good afternoon reviewers, all I can say is Bravo to staff, and the front desk and the tall young man outside, super helpful. Two Asain women at the front desk was so helpful and remembered my name every time I walked by, was a great stay, will always think of them first when looking to stay in luxury in Toronto downtown area.
Very nice hotel in a good location. Short walk to theatres, great restaurants, Rogers Centre and other Toronto attractions. Oscar Suite was very spacious.
What really stood out for us was the staff who were very friendly and attentive. From the bellmen to the front desk staff to the servers in Kost - they all seemed to go that extra mile! We really appreciated it. Special shout out to Totchie (front desk supervisor) and Rebekah (server in Kost)!!
Customer service was amazing, they upgraded our room upon arrival and went above and beyond to make our night special. Room was beautiful designed, heated floors, comfy bed and had everything we needed and more. Location was great would definitely come here again.
Staff was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed, our shower needed a little fix but they had it fixed in no time. A little bit loud from our neighbours this stay but every other stay had no issues with noise. Absolutely love staying here and can ’t wait to go again.
From the moment we arrived at the entrance, we were made to feel welcome. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained.
As we were celebrating our anniversary, a bottle of champagne was sent to our room—a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The beds and pillows were so comfortable that we truly did not want to leave.
Thank you for an amazing stay and for making our anniversary celebration so memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.
Fantastic stay with beautiful decor throughout the hotel and first class service from all staff. So many great dining options close by too and a fun bar within the hotel itself.
I was lucky enough to have a suite on one of the top floors with a good view of the city. This luxury hotel had a fantastic rooftop pool with stunning views, everything was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant.
The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch was high and the line-ups for the elevators can get lengthy.
I will definitely return.
