Me my wife and 2 year old daughter requested to keep our luggage upon making reservation due to early arrival but no one reply.When we call the property,the guy said only text and dropped the call,so we text and check whether we can leave our 2 small handcarry before check in they said it’s ok and took my ID and took us to another building.He went inside and come out upset and said to us our reservation is cancelled coz not prepaid for room charge.So I explain to him it was the option on Expedia that pay at the property but the guy refused to accept us and told us to check other places.We are there only for 2 days and with 2 yr old kid.It was really inconvenient so we asked him to call manager. He seems nice and sort it out quickly.It was around 1 pm so we left our luggage and went for lunch.At 3pm,we came back, my daughter was abit tired and didn’t wanna get out of stroller and cry,the same guy who refused to accept us told us your kid is crying and hope she will not wake other guest up.Next day we went to Niagra fall and come back tired want to get some rest. It was around 11:30 pm and there was loud noice coming from upstairs, constant hit sound.Around 1:30 am we called the number which is written on the entrance door and complained about the noice but nothing happened,still.So I went up the room and knocked, after awhile a guy come out n*ked and said it make sound on every moved and he can’t stop.so left the room at 3 am.Awful experience.
