Cozy one bedroom, with kitchen, family room, full bathroom. Fully furnished.

Great space, fully functional. All new furnishings. A great space to unwind. Stainless steel fridge, stove, as well as a Nespresso machine for morning coffee.
Kitchen is well stocked, with cups, plates, toaster, cutlery. Family room with a comfy, beautiful sectional couch, also has an electric fireplace with exposed brick , and a 65 inch TV.
Separate entrance. Washroom with glass shower, and extra towels.
Only 7 minutes to the airport.
4 minutes to a grocery store.
The UP is a 6 minute walk. The UP can take you to Union Station in 13 minutes, or to the aiport in minutes.
Parking for one car is also available.
There is also a washer and dryer for your own use on the floor.
Great for 1 to 2 people.
