The hotel location is great. Right near Square One and a few other places we needed to go to. The room was clean, parking was convenient, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We would like to especially mention Marta who worked the front desk on our arrival as such a helpful and friendly person. We stayed here in the past and had a very similar experience with a gentleman who was working the front desk. I wish I could remember his name. Both were absolutely great and very friendly. We will be staying here again when in the area.

Great facility- clean rooms and lovely staff. When you park in the parking garage before you check in, there's no way to access the building so I had to walk down three floors through the garage (no walkways) to get to the front entrance, which felt kind of dangerous.
