I loved this hotel. Food, service and staff were excellent. However, I gave it a four not five star rating for one simple reason. I don't understand why hotels install lifts that just before they arrive make a sound like Big Ben chiming on New Years Eve (I'm from England). The noise was far too loud. People aren't stupid. They know the lift has arrived when the doors open! My room was near the lift and I'm a light sleeper. I had three nights of broken sleep. No fun 😣.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the delighful staff and the excellent buffet breakfast. On the downside, there is no parking, the lobby is tiny, the upstairs hallways are dark and clinical, and the bed pillows are headache hard. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Great room. Quiet. Great location. Breakfast had only a sit down option with a lineup. A quick coffee and muffin take away option would be nice for those in a rush. I had to buy wine glasses for my room as the lobby bar would not loan (or even rent) me any unless I bought their wine. They need to re-examine that policy. I would have happily given the bar staff $20 instead of the store.

it being a brand new property, there’s a lot of effort to make a great first impression. Overall it was a good stay but few areas of improvements- shower water pressure is so low that it took a very long time to wash, the wall mounted toiletries bottles are poorly designed and you have to press very hard to get products to dispense, lobby and front desk area is too narrow and cramped.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. When we checked in, the room was clean and the staff were friendly, but the hospitality honestly felt a bit over the top. Every time we walked by, it felt like too much attention, to the point where it got uncomfortable. We were “upgraded,” but the room still felt very small. The layout wasn’t great either the TV stand was right in the middle between the bed and the living area, which made the space feel even tighter. On a positive note, the bathroom was very clean and really nice, and the view from the room was beautiful. The part that really bothered me was an incident with the staff. We didn’t have any signs on our door, but they still just walked into our room without knocking while I was in the shower. We had music playing, so it was obvious people were inside. She didn’t come fully in, but enough to start talking to us while I was literally showering. I called down to let them know, but I’m not sure it was taken seriously. Overall, the stay had some good points, but that experience and the room size definitely impacted how I feel about the hotel.
