The moment we walked in, the aroma and aesthetic hit us instantly. The lobby smelled really nice. Smiling faces greeted us before checking in. I knew it was going to be a good experience. The check-in process was easy and quick. The room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was fresh and had a ton of options. We did express check out. Everything was easy. I will definitely be staying here again.

Room was spotless and warm which was nice to walk into. Breakfast hit the spot and the lobby was always filled with staff to greet you! There were also multiple underground parking lots that were affordable and easily accessible. Its in a prime location between King Street and Queen Street!!!

Fantastic stay! Minor issue with the room we were given. Immediately taken care of by the wonderful staff at the front desk and an upgrade given. All of the staff offered exceptional service, from the front door to the housekeeping, to the breakfast staff. Will definitely stay again!

We were not aware that the hotel chain follows Spanish regulations requiring us to show government issued photo ID for our child. They were adamant that we could not check in without either her health card or passport being presented. This hotel is one hour from our house in Canada Where that requirement is not required under Canadian policy.

I booked a "Deluxe, 1 King" room, but the room which the hotel provided was different than the room that was displayed in the online photos. The room provided by the hotel was smaller and had a different layout. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known the room was going to be this tiny. The stay was not worth the money I paid.

The location and building were lovely. Staff were attentive and friendly. There was a lot of staff on at all times, so no worries in finding someone to help. The space was clean. Parking close by was no problem at all. Walking distance to basically everything you could ask for, including great restaurants and cafes. The room was bigger than I anticipated after reading reviews. I appreciated having the safe in the room, and there's a spot for luggage under the bed. The bathroom was clean and nice. It could use a nightlight in the bathroom so you're not blasting yourself with an overhead light in the middle of the night. I really didn't love that the tv automatically turns on. But that's a nit. The bed is big, but it's really firm and I found it rather uncomfortable. The linens felt pretty cheap and scratchy. I had a pretty awful night's rest, tbh. The pillows were fine, just not my preference for firmness or height, but I know I'm picky in that department. The buffet is huge and there is a lot to choose from. Unfortunately, most of the prepared food was rather bland. Only one salad dressing to choose from and it was improperly labelled. (Blue Cheese when it said it was Ranch). Coffee was ok. The gym is small, but good enough and open 24/7 which is nice. Overall the space was clean and fine,staff were lovely. I think if the bed had been more comfortable I'd be coming back again. But a terrible night's sleep is not something I really want to pay for.

It should be make clearly on your web page that there is no parking at the Hotel. Parking is at municipal parking lots near by. I paid $50 to park from 3pm on Friday , until noon on Saturday. My stay at the hotel was excellent, the breakfast was also excellent, staff was excellent.
