10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is location is great. Walking distance to multiple restaurants in Montreal city center. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. There was water interruption one night around 11pm but with enough advanced notice. Breakfast was included in my reservation but I didn’t get to go for it. Might be next time when I visit Montreal again. Would certainly stay hear again."

"Some rooms have been upgraded, some have not been and are outdated. The staff was really nice and did move us to a nicer room when we asked. Unfortunately, the living room had a TV but it only functioned as a picture frame, you could not actually watch TV on that. Only the TV in one of the bedrooms actually had tv channels on it."
