Beautiful house in a great location
The house and location were awesome. The house itself was spacious and had some incredibly comfortable couches. Easy drive to Toronto and other great sights. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location and so much potential!
This was a great location, close to the airport some good restaurants and mall shopping. The check-in process was a bit unusual, I contacted the owner of property to remind him that we were coming and needed the check-in instructions. I received a code for the front door but was then told to contact them for the rest of the instructions once I arrived. So a little out of the norm but, OK. Once we arrived we realized that the house is rented by the room it appears, as each room door has it own individual lock. Unfortunately the place was not completely clean of which we let the property owner know that there were used Q-Tips in a drawer in the restroom, clothes under the bed, used cigarette buds in the door jams leading to the backyard, no hand towels to dry your hands in the restroom and nothing but one tower per room to shower. We were there for a week for goodness sake, we will probably need more than one towel, and there are four of us. Once we contacted the property owner about these issues he was very apologetic and brought us some towels but didn't offer anything else. Unfortunately since there was not much else for us do or to try to get our money back decided to clean up ourselves and make the best of it. This is a great place if you are staying by yourself or for a day or so. Great location, and the place has a lot of potential, as we told the owner, just needs a deep clean, a guide with instructions on what to do to check in and out, a few more towels, and making it bit more family friendly.

We stayed there for 2 weeks while our house was being renovated. Andy was a pleasure to deal with. The rental process with him was smooth and he answered all questions promptly. The property was clean and well taken care of. If I had to do it again I would rent from Andy without reservation.
