Enjoy our peaceful, spacious, and completely private newly built home in the heart of Lakeview, Mississauga.

This peaceful, spacious 3 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home with pristine condition offers the relaxation and convenience that you needed. Nearby areas include Lakeview, Long Branch, Alderwood, Dixie, Etobicoke West Mall, Stonegate Queensway, and Port Credit.

Located just steps from Long Branch Go Station, minutes away from 427, 401, and Gardiner Highway.

This home is conveniently located near the intersection of Brown's Line and Lake Shore Blvd.

Relax on the comfortable couch in the spacious lounge area while watching a movie on the 55" Smart TV. Prepare and cook your favorite at-home meals in the open-style kitchen with a center island fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Gather around at the dining area with a very scenic view of the golf course right from the dining.

Once you go up the stairs you'll find a bedroom with a king-sized bed. On the left side is the master bedroom which has a king-sized bed with a separate closet. The 3rd bedroom that has queen-sized bed is located on the upper floor on the right with an open balcony overlooking the beautiful Golf Course. All bedrooms are located upstairs and have their own ensuite bathroom.

For those who are working while here, there is a fully functional dedicated workspace and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1 Gbps provided.

If you enjoy working out, there is gym equipment that you can find in the renovated basement.

An ensuite washer and dryer, private patio, backyard, portable grill, and 1 driveway parking space are all provided during your stay!

*There is security camera outside only. No camera inside the house.

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A 150 CAD non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!

*Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available for a costs between 15 - 20 dollars a day within 7 minutes drive away from home at 3560 Lake Shore Blvd. W. - Lot #512 parking lot.

The house is accurate to the pictures, we took the train to Toranto easily from the 5 minute drive to the Long Branch GO station. Communication with the host was great. We had no issues getting into the property. The house in located in a quaint, active community.

We stayed for a short vacation to visit Toronto. The property was clean and as advertised. The owner is responsive to messages. We loved the neighborhood and we had easy access to the routes into Toronto.

Beautiful, spacious home on a quiet block tucked away off the main road. Close to shopping, restaurants and the lakefront promenade (must see!) Stephanie was great to communicate with and we will definitely stay here if in the area again. Easy access to the highway as well.

Just after 4pm, we arrived at the property. The Dropbox link provided by the owner did not work, but the door code got us in. When we got to the door, there was a card from Mississauga Code Enforcement. The grass was overgrown by about 1/2 meter (1.5 feet); a stark contrast to adjacent manicured lawns. Upon entry, there was a pungent smell of fermenting fruit and spoiled garbage. We initially contributed it to the local wastewater treatment facility, but later discovered 2 large commercial waste bins overflowing with garbage in the garage. It had been 30 degrees C (85F) in Toronto the day prior so the garbage was warm and ripe. It was necessary to open all the windows in the house to air out the smell; a task that required repetition for our 3 night stay. We did not want to eat in the dining room due to the smell of rubbish. The grass in the patio/backyard was also overgrown so we were unable to enjoy that amenity. The deck had spider webs and needed a pressure wash. Homeowner was communicative over the app, but did not take any action to remedy the garbage/grass situation. She blamed the cleaning company. Positives: The house is spacious and clean (despite the garbage/grass situation). Each room has its own private, updated washroom. Even a basement gym area. Modern washer, dryer. Kitchen was stocked. Drip/Pour-over coffee maker. The fridge did not dispense Ice or Water so be sure to get bags and bottles. Located just minutes from Longbranch GO station.
