It was clean, had a full kitchen and even a washer and dryer. It was conveniently located near the Eaton centre. We enjoyed our stay, however the pull out bed, was small, and I am 5"1. The staff was helpful and easily contactable.

Nice room. It was clean when I arrived. One bedroom suite, just what I'd booked. Close to everything, five minutes walk to Dundas square which was ideal. Close to lots of public transportation too. Would stay again in future

Room was clean. Check in was a bit confusing but ultimately worked out. Definitely need to have a phone to be able to communicate for everything. We did have battery packs go missing but the hotel has been good about communicating with us and the authorities to ensure that the right processes are done for that situation. Overall good vacation location and decent place to stay.
