Very nice, clean and quiet, when the balcony door is closed. Had a room facing warehouse scrapyard and the train tracks, so the view was very disappointing. Nevertheless, very nice neighbourhood, close to good eateries and bars. Loved having a Badiali pizza close by!

I’ve been using Sonders for about a year and I must say that it is one of the best ones I’ve stayed at. The area is family-friendly, safe and quiet. Public transportation is nearby and there’s multiple little coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The room I had was massive with an equally massive balcony. Given the opportunity, I’d definitely return to this location whenever I’ll be back in Toronto.

Very nice, clean room. Only issue was getting into the building from the parking garage. The door was malfunctioning so we couldn’t get in, but the chat agent fixed this issue quickly for us.

The room is perfect, the lobby is perfect, access codes are a nice touch for the property, the staff are easy to access for assistance and are very welcoming and friendly. The only thing I would suggest to change is sharing the parking information in a better manor. I added the parking and online the system said it would send me an attachment that would give me further instructions. This never sent and I had no way to find out. This process needs to be more simple, just add it on the listing instructions and not a separate way of doing it. This adds to more ways something can go wrong, which in my case it did. This is the only thing that made me frustrated with the check-in, otherwise, the apartment is beyond what I expected, it is in a good location, and the building is very easy to access.
