The room itself was not great: the bathroom was old and stained, the towels were not all clean, the pillows were flat, the couch was vinyl and the coffee was terrible, but the worst was the noise. I had to put my headphones in to sleep and it was just a combination of all these aspects that made this a terrible stay. I will say the staff was kind.

Property is dirty, inside and out. Cigarette butts everywhere. Rooms are not clean. Area is sketchy, cars of people in ally by room entrance looked like hookers operating from hotel. Owners need to do some maintenance, give it a lick of paint, and add security.

In transit from Pearson AP, proximity and affordable rate. Sadly some people leaves left over meals and cans in parking lot, very clean inside the building. The shower tap was broken and provided only hot water as a minor inconvenience. I will go back.

I found the washroom wall and door not clean. I also found it hard to sleep because the heater made way to much noise. The Beds were fine. Unfortunately it's hard to say I stay again because of these faults.
