Felt as though the rooms could be cleaner. Grimy light switches and door knobs, dirt in the corners kinda thing. Hot tub and pool had a large number of floaties and just top dirt that resulted in us not using them. Easy to figure out transit from the property one bus transfer onto one train and you’re right downtown. Also nice having a Moxies right on site. Service and food was fantastic. Probably the most friendliest, helpful and attentive front desk staff I have ever encountered at my plenty of hotel stays. They went over and beyond and were attentive to any concerns brought to their attention. I believe the one gentleman’s name was Noah and he was phenomenal. We had an early morning flight out and the shuttle driver was fantastic for 3 AM. I would rate the cleanliness a 3 and the staff a 5.
