Torquay is a beautiful place... Beaches are amazing...

When first emailing to check out if the property was available the night before for an extra night, I got a prompt response. When emailing again to find out if we needed to bring linen my email was never responded to. I then called the office, a week later, which the booking was held through who told me that linen was provided and to just bring beach towels. After driving 3 hours to get to the house, there was no linen provided and we had to then go out late and purchase the linen. (Money which was meant to be used doing things with the kids). The dishes all required washing before use as everything was filthy, the walls were filthy, the bathroom had mould and the backyard had lots of dog poo out the back (NO PETS ALLOWED). On the Sunday we had a lady let herself into the house (cleaner) and asked why we were still there as there was other people coming in that day. She contacted someone who confirmed that the house had been double booked. I was then worried to leave the house incase the people that were meant to check in came to the house. All in all I was very unsatisfied with our stay and wouldn’t come back to this place.
