“We had a super nice holiday at this villa. The house is lovely. The kitchen had everything that we needed. There were plenty of towels and extra towels for at the pool. The covered dining area was a perfect place for family meals. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet of the countryside and the beautiful setting of the villa.”

This place is wonderful for the obvious reasons: the view, the pool, the jacuzzi, the copious space, the charming home. But, the secret and most clutch amenity is named Alice. She has exquisite taste and knows everyone and everything surrounding the property. She helped us get to the best butcher, and arrange the tours that truly made our trip magical. “Une superbe région avec de beaux endroits et villages atypique et historiques. Des commerces de proximités et des supers marchés. Certaines choses sont très compétitives aux niveaux tarifs et d'autres un peu excessifs. Le complexe et super, on sait très bien senti en famille et même des couples se se sentiront bien. Car nous avons trouvé de manière générale des familles respectueuses rien à voir avec certains complexes touristiques. L'appartement était de bien avec une climatisation centrale……

“Our only complaint is that we didn't book for longer! You can enjoy this property for days while looking at the hills of Tuscany around you. The owner kept the location spotless and everything was in good working order. The hot tub room is incredible and the house itself is spacious and well-kept. You need a car for sure but this is a true find!”

“Das Haus und die Lage ist echt super, die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns eine Reihe von Aktivitäten angeboten, die wir ganz einfach und simpel über sie buchen konnten. Einziger Minuspunkt: Wir wollten die Villa für 24 Personen buchen und das hat dann bedeutet, dass zum Preis hier auf FeWo Direkt noch einmal 700€ dazu kamen. Diese "versteckten" Kosten haben uns gestört, ansonsten war's top!”

“Our stay at Villa Podere Belvedere was just wonderful. Our family had the most relaxing time at the Villa, enjoying morning walks in the picturesque country side, lovely lunches by the pool and driving to the many charming Towns in the area all contributed to a wonderful stay. My only negative comment is that it would have been helpful if we had been informed that absolutely no household cleaning products or catering supplies would be provided, we could have brought these items with us. Po pierwsze świetni właściciele, od samego początku pomocni, po drugie jeszcze lepsza lokalna opieka od sąsiadki Cristiny (nie ważne, że nie mówi słowa w innym języku niż włoski, jest prawdziwa, niezawodna i zawsze pomocna), po trzecie sama willa, jej wielkość, wyposażenie (ma dosłownie wszystko i jeszcze kilka rzeczy, które można ocenić jako fajnie by było mieć jak np maszyna do chleba czy popcornu), masa……
