"2nd year staying in the same villa ( 9th time at La Torre).Best villa so far ... location less than 10 min walk to resort bars / restaurants.As per 2025 no response to request for late check out...so if we do book again will take this into account... that Late Check Outs are not something the villa offers."

"This is an excellent villa at a brilliant location close by the Ona Hotel on the Mar Menor Golf Resort.My wife and I enjoyed a memorable holiday in Mar Menor with this property as our base. The villa itself is superb being very comfortable and having everything that is needed to enjoy a relaxing holiday.The outside area round the pool is great and enjoys the sun from when it rises till it sets. Great for taking in the sun and enjoying the occasional cool dip.We arrived late at night which was not a problem as Anne-Marie forwarded details for access. She was at the end of the phone or e-mail if needed.Highly recommended. We would love to return."

"This villa is lovely. Great indoor and outdoor areas, lovely large pool, well equipped kitchen and all on a gated community. You will need a car to stay in this villa. La Torre Golf is nice but the area outside the resort boundary is very agricultural so you will need a car to travel to Murcia, Cartegena and the beaches. There is a spa onsite which is very well equipped (and not too pricey) but if you are self catering you will need a large supermarket such as Carrefour. There are restaurants within walking distance (on the resort) of the villa - some have closed down but there we ate at Blue Collar which we would recommend and the Greek Restaurant (sorry I can't remember the name), there is also an Indian and Italian restaurant and a restaurant within the hotel on site. The Irish bar is good fun too. Anne (the host) was very contactable and reacted super quick to the couple of small issues which we had. I would recommend this villa."
