“Our stay at Hotel Cristina was fantastic! It was a great location to go to the beach and the town of Los Alcazares. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially Jenny and Cristina herself. They helped us choose a tour of Mar Menor and where to eat. When we were leaving Los Alcazares, we could not get a taxi and Cristina personally arranged a ride for us! What a wonderful gesture. We highly recommend Hotel Cristina for the best hotel experience you could ask……

“El apartamento es nuevo y moderno, completamente equipado y a un paso de la playa. Todo es excelente a excepción del servicio de desayuno en la cafetería. No lo recomiendo, tardan en atender, y entre el zumo, el café, y la tostada fría y tiesa 20 minutos entre uno y otro. Un completo desastre.”

“A lovely hotel in the centre of Cartagena! The staff were really helpful and friendly especially the chap on the desk who encouraged me to use my Spanish and answered me slowly to help me understand. Would definitely go back it's a lovely area full of history and lots of lovely bars and restaurants.”

“Amazing, friendly, eager-to-please service and beautiful room a quick 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and dining. Breakfast (8 euros) great assortment of hot and cold meats and cheeses and waffles/crepes/pancakes/fritattas/baked goods, fruit, cereal, puddings, coffee — wonderful. Great bathroom too with excellent shower and lighting. Only thing was the bed was a bit hard, but that’s personal preference. Overall highly recommended.”

“Excellent location, beautiful property, and affordable. Would like to come back but management communication tools must be used more effectively. Poor communication with reception caused duress and stress during our travel delay, as there was no way to determine if they could hold our room if we checked in late or a day later. I contacted them four times through the Expedia app weeks and days before arriving, and they did not respond at all. Three phone calls to reception went unreturned,……
