The hotel has a shuttle bus ( at a price, so ask) to the train station. They can also arrange a taxi to drop and pick you up at anytime from the train station..10€ . Its a 15 minute walk, if the weather is cool.
Plenty of free parking space reserved for the hotel. You can request for it when booking. The staff are amazing! They spoke English and were very helpful!

"The accommodation definitely looks cosier in the photos. There was no window in the room and the reception area (no personal host) also had a strange feel to it. There is a supermarket across the road but other than that the area has nothing to offer. So I would only book if I needed a night just to sleep."

"For our last night in Italy, we wanted to stay in a snazzy hotel not far from the Colosseum and Termini station. This hotel is wonderful! Our room was comfortable and had a terrace. The whole place looks sharp, including the staff. The buffet breakfast is wonderful, with a dizzying selection of food, fruit, and juices. We absolutely plan to stay at the Palace again!"

The rooms were slightly difficult to access (main door, multiple gates, elevator, apartment door, then room door). This was the only downside. The staff were very friendly and responsive, the rooms were clean and looked like the pictures, and the location was great.
