There is air conditioning and central heating. It has 3 exterior BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS, both with shower. Includes sheets, towels, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher... Its in an community with large gardens and SWIMMING POOL. And GARAGE space!
★ The comfort of your home, next to the SEA! Wonderful 3 BEDROOM apartment, very cheerful and bright.
★ The KITCHEN is equipped with everything you need: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher... and all the utensils you can imagine.
★ The LIVING ROOM includes a comfortable sofa bed, big screen TV, a dining table with chairs, a glazed terrace incorporated into the living room, and just enough furniture so that it does not take up your space and does not make your stay uncomfortable.
★3 BEDROOMS, one with a 180cm double bed and the other 2 with 2 90cm single beds. From 2 of the bedrooms you can go out to a small outdoor terrace.
★ 2 BATHROOMS, both with shower, and you can find gel and shampoo. There is also a hair dryer.
★ Accommodation includes sheets and towels. It also has WIFI.
★ This apartment is located ONLY 400 METERS FROM THE BEACH, and has a private GARAGE space in the same building
