L'environnrment est magnifique, on s'endort au bruit de la mer, et le lever du soleil nous réjouit. L'appartement est très bien équipé et bien insonorisé. Nous avons grandement apprecie notre sejour. Kevin est tres disponible pour repondre a nos demandes.

Amazing apartment

We had a great stay here for a month over Christmas. The apartment is modern and nicely furnished. Very clean with a large balcony with fantastic sea views. Perfect holiday for relaxing. Very close to lots of bars restaurants and centre of town. Kevin who checked us in made sure we knew he was available for any questions or if we needed him. All round highly recommend

Heerlijk appartement

Het appartement ligt aan de Paseo Maritime, de boulevard van Torremolinos. Als je die oversteekt stap je in het zand op het strand.. Sylvie is een hele sympathieke dame die snel reageert op vragen en het is nooit teveel. De sleutel haal je bij Kevin in zijn winkel en deze persoon spreekt perfect Engels. Het appartement is ruim en netjes ingericht en het mooie vh terras is dat je het met electrische rolluiken geheel of gedeeltelijk kan afsluiten en dat was in deze periode best fijn ( 26-2 tot 12-3) Kortom een heel goed appartement en value for money en zeker om nog een keer te boeken.

Logement très bien équipé et très confortable. Super terrasse et levé du soleil magnifique !!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, endroit parfait pour la marche. Très bien situé , accès facile pour les transports en commun. La température a été parfaite, quatre heures de pluie en un mois!!! Torremolinos est très propre et un un endroit où nous nous sommes senti en sécurité. Nous avons apprécié la chaleur et la joie de vivre des Espagnols. Nous y retournerons Surement prochainement! Danielle et Yves du Quebec

Vue sur la mer , toujours aussi bien équipée et propre Séjour de 10 jours ... plage , bronzette , restau , balades et surtout soleil Merci aux propriétaires, toujours disponibles à toute heures ... Nous sommes reste dans cette appartement pendant 10 jours et nous avons vraiment aimé cet endroit. L appartement est très confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et profiter de la magnifique vue sur la Méditerranée. ...Mme Houchane est très gentille et répond rapidement à nos courriel...très disponible...propreté, équipement complet, sauf vos serviettes à ne pas oublier dans vos baggages. parking privee, nous avons profité de la grande terasse devant la mer pour déguster de bons vins et manger avec le bruit des vagues......nous voulons revenir assurement.....merci

Merveilleux séjour

Appartement tout confort, terrasse au soleil levant et parfaitement situé. L'ascenseur privatif facilite les déplacements pour les transports et pour l'épicerie. On a eu 30 jours de soleil, pas une goutte de pluie! Le petit moins pour nous nord-américains c'est l'absence de grille- pain, on s'est servi du four. Sinon tout était parfait, on aimerait sûrement revenir, on s'ennuie déjà!

Enchantés par notre séjour !

Appartement très confortable et très bien équipé (électro ménager, multimédia). La résidence est très bien tenue. L'appartement est calme et offre une vue incroyable dès le petit déjeuner. La proximité du centre ville par l'ascenseur privatif reste un plus. Mme et Mr Houchane sont consciencieux, sérieux et d'une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (2 adultes et 2 ados) extra. Location et propriétaires à recommander. Nous y retournerons... Cordialement, Eric Lolivier.

Nous avons passés des vacances vraiment au top . L'appartement est niquel , très équipée , on a besoin de rien , la clim est un plus avec cette chaleur 👍🏼 La vue de l'appartement sur la mer vraiment magnifique rien à dire Restaurants , boutiques , activités nautiques tous ça a cotè de la résidence le top Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très à l'écoute 👍🏼 On reviendras c'est sur ... Superbes vacances dans un appartement magnifique , bien agencé , fonctionnel avec une vue imprenable sur la plage . Terrasse face à la mer avec un beau lever du soleil , tout à proximité, magasins , bars restaurants , centre ville à 5 mn , nous avons passés de superbes vacances , hâte d'y retourner . Important : propriétaires accessibles et très sympathiques , qui ont répondu à toutes nos attentes. A recommander sans hésitation ++++++++++

Une seule envie : y retourner !

La situation : idéale, juste devant la plage! L'aménagement : parfait, tout y est les appareils électroménagers comme à la maison, les draps, la TV, la climatisation, la terrasse face à la mer, le wifi, ... Bref, vous avez eu une année fatigante et vous voulez décompresser avec le dépaysement et le confort, foncez! Nous, nous avons hâte d'y retourner, vivement l'année prochaine !

VACANCES IDYLLIQUES A TORREMOLINOS

Un appartement,non,un nid où d'ailleurs les oiseaux ont rendez vous avec nous,dès le petit déjeuner,sur la terrasse,face à un lever de soleil qui reflète une pluie de rayons dans la Méditerranée.Cette mer,qui par ses refrains bruyants,berce nos coeurs de vacanciers.A l'écart de grands palmiers,sur la plage,sont plantées,de jolies paillotes sous lesquelles,on peut s'abriter de l'astre sacré.Juste,en dessous de la résidence,un décor de terrasses bars,restaurants,boutiques,nous invite à la promenade,le long de la mer,sur une immense avenue ou directement,les pieds,dans l'eau.De jolis rochers s'incrustent dans le paysage et à quelques mètres du hall d'entrée,se trouve comme caché du regard,un grand escalier nous permettant l'accès à la vieille ville et ses ruelles,pour notre plus grand plaisir. Compliments aux sympathiques propriétaires,pour ce petit coin de paradis que nous conseillons juste avec parcimonie,de peur que la place soit déjà prise,pour notre prochain séjour à Torremolinos,car le cliché de ces vacances magiques tourne en boucle dans nos mémoires. Vacances au soleil

J'ai passée de superbes vacances, une première en Espagne ... L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé et très bien agencé avec beaucoup de rangements ! C'est tellement agréable de se réveiller avec le bruit de la mer et de prendre le petit déjeuner face à celle ci ! La plage est très propre et vous pouvez même louer des transats ! Et pour pas cher ! Tout est a proximité : bars, restaurants, magasins, métro et j'en passe ... Les propriétaires sont très sympas, très gentils et donne de très bons conseils ! Je recommande cet appartement à tout le monde : que vous êtes célibataire, en couple, avec des enfants ou encore retraités, vous y passerai de très belles vacances ! Ces vacances étaient très agréables, elles me manquent déjà ... J'ai donc réservée à nouveau pour le 5 Juin ! On a qu'une vie, il faut savoir en profiter et se faire plaisir ! ;-) Priscilla.
