「Our room was not cleaned by checkin time and we were given another room. Bathroom was smelly (not just during the checkin but during the entire stay. looks like some issue in plumbing). there were no bed covers for the blankets (i dont remembering reading that we have to bring our own blanket covers). The keypad lock at the apartment door does not work, we have to always use the key only.
Somethings that were good: easy self checkin. Beach is just 50mts away. Very central and lots of options...

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」
